Elaine Woodburn joined GRAHAM in 2015 after working over 20 years in Local Government, in which she was awarded an MBE for services to the Local Community. She joined GRAHAM as a Community Engagement Officer working on nuclear sites in Cumbria before joining the Innovation Team as Project Manager 2 years ago. Joining the innovation team has provided Elaine the opportunity to work on Tiger Teams and after witnessing the achievements she is more determined to realise even more. Elaine is also a FIR Ambassador and MHFA and is proud to be the Joint Chair of the Women in Civil Engineering network that provides a safe space for discussion and support.
