Tom is the Director of Digital Transformation (CDO) at Skanska UK and a member of the Technology and Sustainability Leadership Team. He leads the UK digital transformation strategy, driving the use of technology and data across all Operating Units and Enabling Functions. Tom also oversees the development of innovative digital products and services for both internal and external customers, and steers technological change across the organisation. Internationally, he contributes to Skanska’s global digital community, where he is recognised as a subject matter expert and supports other business units in their transformation journeys. His industry influence includes participation in cross-sector working groups, speaking at events, and contributing to publications. A standout achievement in his career is leading the creation of Intellekt, Skanska’s intelligent building platform.
