Stu Collins is a Senior Manager in Deloitte Major Programmes organisation, helping clients deliver transformations, supporting project and portfolio delivery. Stu has a passion for digital technology, seeking out new and better ways to deliver work more efficiently, more sustainably and safer for all those involved. This passion started in his previous role on the UK largest refinery, introducing mobile solutions to the field and bringing productivity to the workface. Working in engineering and construction phases of capital projects, Stu saw the power and potential of digital twin to make positive impacts across the whole lifecycle and implemented digital twins to sites across the globe, enabling millions of dollars of savings a year. Since then, Stu has worked with vendors across the spectrum of technology, helping organisations see the value in technology to solve their toughest challenges. This has included ventures into VR/AR and the Metaverse, Digital Twin and AI.
