Sotiris Kanaris is the features editor of New Civil Engineer magazine since October 2021. He has been covering the construction sector for the biggest part of his career as a journalist, gaining valuable insight into the sector’s achievements and challenges.

Prior to joining NCE, Kanaris was the editor of international construction title Cranes Today, where he wrote articles on a wide range of infrastructure projects from around the world. In the past he has also worked for financial titles Leasing Life and Motor Finance, and written articles for The Independent, Nuclear Engineering International, Retail Banker International and the Cyprus Weekly newspaper.
