With over 20 years’ experience in the London market, Barbara has worked client-side, in consultancy and for major contractors, giving her a well-rounded understanding of delivery, risk and governance on complex urban projects. A building engineer with a PhD in Engineering, she is a recognised compliance champion and Building Safety Act specialist, providing strategic leadership on regulatory assurance, dutyholder responsibilities and design and building safety. As a member of Keltbray’s Senior Leadership Team, Barbara supports clients in navigating complex regulatory environments while shaping safe, compliant and successful project outcomes.
