Paul has the pleasure of leading the digital ambition in Laing O’Rourke, with the mission to Transform Project Delivery through Digital Solutions through adoption of digital capabilities to improve delivery and make colleagues lives easier, helping colleagues evolve from doing digital, to truly being digital. Paul’s career started in medical engineering before helping build a performance improvement consultancy, where he led the maritime defence sector supporting construction and operations of warships and submarines, unlocking performance by focusing on people, connecting tools and data across the process lifecycle and embracing manufacturing methodologies. Taking this learning into the construction industry was an exciting next step!
