At Arcadis, Andrea leads strategic initiatives that integrate AI, digital twins, automation, and data-driven decision-making into engineering and business workflows. Over the past seven years, he has spearheaded the company’s global Subsurface Digital Transformation programme, helping redefine delivery models through AI-enabled processes, automation, and advanced data integration. His work has delivered measurable improvements in productivity, quality, risk reduction, and operational performance across complex international programmes. He has successfully built global digital capabilities, developed innovation portfolios, and created strategic partnerships that translate emerging technologies into tangible business value. Andrea is a recognised industry thought leader, conference speaker, and advocate for digital innovation.
