James Worthington is the founder of Matopos Blue Strategic and combines senior leadership expertise with a passion for co-creation, organisational transformation, innovation, and sustainable infrastructure. He is a strategic adviser and circular economy advocate with more than 20 years’ experience at Anglian Water, most recently as Head of Strategy & Transformation. James is also an Associate Lecturer in Theology, a speaker and author.
