Zhanna Nazarenko is Digital Lead in Energy at Mott MacDonald, specialising in digital transformation and AI adoption across the energy and infrastructure sectors. She works with multidisciplinary engineering teams to identify practical AI applications that improve project delivery, workflows and decision-making, with a particular focus on complex, highly regulated environments. Her work spans AI governance, capability building and responsible adoption — helping organisations move beyond experimentation to deploy AI that is trusted, explainable and delivers measurable outcomes.
